PROGRESSIVE NEGATIVITY

“While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.” (Luke 8: 49)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

When Jairus came to Jesus to plead that He should come to his house, his daughter was at the point of death; but as Jesus’ movement was delayed by the woman with the issue of blood, information came from Jairus’ house to say his daughter had died. The situation of Jairus’ daughter moved from being at the point of death, to death itself. Things moved from bad to worse. Negativity was simply making progress.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: negativity will not make progress in and around you. It will never be said that that things around you moved from bad to worse. It will never be said that your life began a journey of decline. Negativity will not progress into more negativity in your life. Whatever is already bad around you will not get worse. Whatever the enemy has already done will not become more complicated in a matter of time.

Jesus eventually got to the home of Jairus, and the daughter who had been dead, came back to life. The situation that moved from bad to worse, was reversed by Jesus. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every situation in your life that has moved from bad to worse, is reversed. Every battle against you that has degenerated, is reversed. Every negativity that has brought you to a breaking point, is reversed. Every satanic complication is reversed.

When Jesus shows up, negativity comes to an end. When Jesus shows up, whatever negativity that has moved from bad to worse turns around completely. When Jesus shows up, whatever is not of God, is reversed. When Jesus shows up, there is a pushback against the gates of hell. When Jesus shows up, satanic complications are reversed. When Jesus shows up, whatever is not of God comes to an end.

Welcome to that season where negativity will not become progressive. Welcome to that season where whatever has gone wrong will not grow worse.

Matthew 15: 13 says: “But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”

Declare With Me: Whatever has gone wrong will not grow worse; every negativity is reversed by fire, in Jesus’ name!
