YOUR CASE IS DIFFERENT

“In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.” (John 5: 3)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

The multitude of men who were afflicted with ailments at the pool of Bethesda, according to our Focal Scripture, were all waiting for the moving of the water. They were all waiting for the angel to arrive and turn the water. Right in the midst of that wait, Jesus showed up and healed the man in focus. So, while others were waiting, this particular man received his miracle. His own was not like their own. His case was different.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your case is different. Your own will not be like their own. Your matter will not be like the matters of those around you. You will not wait like others waited. You will not suffer like others suffered. You will not be rejected like others were rejected. You will not go through all that others went through. You will not face the roadblocks that stopped others. You will not be delayed like others were.

That man at the pool saw a pattern of men who waited for the waters to be stirred, before they could be healed. When it was his turn, it did not happen the way it happened for others. Hear me as I hear the Lord: your lifting will not follow the patterns of other men. It may have been complicated for others but it will be easy for you. It may have been delayed for others but it will be easy for you. It will not be like it was for others.

When Jehovah is involved, He has all it takes to make the matters of your destiny easier than you ever imagined. When El Roi shows up, He becomes your process. When El Roi shows up, everything will happen at the same time. When El Roi shows up, it will not end the way the devil planned it. When El Roi shows up, it will end in congratulations, earlier than expected. When El Roi is involved, it will end in praise.

Welcome to your season of more. Welcome to that season where El Roi will make it clear that your case is different.

Job 22: 29 says: “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.”
