A BLESSED GENERATION

“And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.” (Matthew 15: 22)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

In our Focal Scripture, a woman of Canaan came to Jesus with a plea that her daughter was vexed with a devil. The matter she brought to Jesus was not about herself; it was about her daughter. It was about her next generation. The attack of the enemy came to her next generation. The hand of the enemy was stretched out to harm her next generation. The enemy may have let her be, but latched onto her next generation.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every attack that has come against your next generation, I command it to scatter by fire. Every attack of destiny reduction and extinction waged against your next generation, I command it to scatter by fire. Every plot of the enemy to make you bury your children, I command that plot to end now. Every satanic conspiracy that wants to make a mess of the destinies of your next generation, let fire answer.

Notice that in Revelations 12, a dragon was unleashed that came to swallow the child of a certain woman in that scripture, as soon as the child was born. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every dragon that wants to eat up the destinies of your children and future generations, I command the fire of God to burn it down now. Every force of hell that wants to bring down the stars of your children, I break that force by fire.

Your children shall be mighty upon the earth. Your children shall bear rule, but they will not be ruled by the forces of darkness. Your children will not be victims of the enemy. Your children will not be counted amongst them that the enemy took down in destiny. Your children will be for signs and wonders. Your children will be messengers of the kingdom, caught up to the throne of God, and tied to the temple.

The days of destiny reduction for your next generation, are over. Henceforth, they grow from strength to strength and from glory to glory.

Psalm 112: 2 says: “His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.”

Declare With Me: My children shall be mighty upon the earth; they will not be victims, in Jesus’ name!
