YOU HAVE ESCAPED

“And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.” (Exodus 1: 19)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

In our Focal Scripture, the Hebrew midwives narrated to Pharaoh why they were unable to kill the children of the Hebrew women. According to the midwives, the children of the Hebrew women were birthed before the midwives showed up. So, before the midwives showed up with a mandate to kill, the children already came forth. Before negativity arrived at their doorstep, the children were already born.

Friend, I pray for you: before negativity arrives, you would have escaped. Before the systems of hell gain grounds around you, you would have escaped. Before the enemy is done setting traps for you to fall, you would have escaped. Before your enemies are done cooking wickedness against you, you would have escaped. Before the timeline for evil to be executed against you, you would have escaped. You are not a victim at all.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: whatever structures of hell that are raised against you, I decree, they will not prevail. Whatever negativity that is cooked against you, they will not prevail. Whatever satanic arrows that are fired against you, they will not prevail. Whatever plans that are being made to pull you down, I decree, they will not prevail. The attacks of the enemy against you will not prevail. The plans of the enemy against you will fail.

Jesus did not redeem you so that you can be caught in the snare of the enemy. Jesus did not redeem you so that the will of the enemy will prevail over you. Whatever efforts the enemy makes against you, Jesus already placed you ahead, beyond the enemy’s reach. Jesus already gave you the advantage of not being a victim of the wishes and negative expectations of the enemy. Jesus already rescued you ahead of time.

This is that season where it will be said that you escaped every wicked plot of the enemy. You will not be caught in the snare of the enemy.

Psalm 124: 7 says: “Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.”

Declare With Me: I have escaped from every snare of the enemy, in Jesus’ name!
