YOU CAN’T BE STOPPED

“And when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the seed royal.” (2 Kings 11: 1)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

When Athaliah saw that her son, Ahaziah, was dead, she arose and destroyed all the seed royal. Athaliah destroyed everyone who had the chance to become king. She wiped out the potential contenders for the position of King of Judah. She identified everyone who could be king, and she killed them all. The spirit of Athaliah is that spirit that sees what you are capable of becoming, but prefers to kill you before you ever get there to become it.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every Athaliah that says you will not live to become all that God has destined you to become, let the fire of God answer. Let the Lord arise against anyone that has arisen to cut short your destiny. Let the Lord arise against everyone that wants to stop you by all means, from rising. Let the Lord arise against the messengers of wickedness. Let the Lord arise against them that want to stop your enthronement.

Notice that the person who escaped being killed, was Joash. Joash was still a child when he escaped the sword of Athaliah. So, Athaliah was ready to kill even children who could not defend themselves, just to stop them from becoming king. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every messenger of hell that wants to destroy your ‘children’ to stop them from kingship, let fire answer. Whatever swallows your little things, let fire answer.

I decree that you cannot be stopped. You will not be wiped out by the wickedness of Athaliah. You will not be consumed by the sword of the enemy. You will not be wasted by those who are too afraid to see you rise. You will not be decimated by those who want you out of the way before you become all that God called you to be. You will not be cut down by those who do not want your destiny to emerge.

Welcome to that season where your destiny will not be consumed or destroyed. Welcome to that season where no man can stop you from becoming all that God destined for you.

Psalm 18: 29 says: “For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.”

Declare With Me: I will not be stopped in my journey to my enthronement, in Jesus’ name!
