FORGET THE NAYSAYERS

“And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.” (Mark 3: 2)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Our Focal Scripture speaks of the men who were watching to see if Jesus would heal the man with a paralyzed hand, so that they could accuse him. There were people positioned to oppose the healing of the man with the paralyzed hand. There were people who were going to be offended with the idea of healing the man with the paralyzed hand. Some people saw a good thing about to happen, and they were opposed to it.

Friend, you just might need to take note that in 2026, there will be opposers watching to see if the eyes of El Roi will turn in your direction. There will be haters hoping that you remain on the same level. There will be naysayers watching and waiting to see you where they have always seen you. There will be people who are vehemently, though needlessly opposed to the good thing coming your way. There will be opposers.

Notice that Jesus eventually healed the man with a paralyzed hand, in the presence of the opposers. The same men who were watching to see what Jesus would do, eventually watched as Jesus did what He set out to do for the man with the withered hand. The same men who were opposed to the good thing that was coming the way of the man with a paralyzed hand, were still watching as his miracle became reality.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: your opposers will still be watching and your story will be turned around by El Roi. Your haters will still be waiting to see how things turn out and right before their eyes, God will cause the tables to turn in your favour. God will grant you miracles that will silence your haters and naysayers. God will grant you favours that will embarrass the people who have been watching and waiting for your downfall.

Welcome to that year where your opposers cannot stop the mighty deeds of El Roi in your life. Welcome to that season where your opposers will watch God show you a token for good.

Psalm 86: 17 (CEV) says: “Show that you approve of me! Then my hateful enemies will feel like fools, because you have helped and comforted me.”

Declare With Me: In 2026, El Roi will embarrass my naysayers by granting me miracles, in Jesus’ name!
