ATTACKS AGAINST HARVEST

“24. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” (Matthew 13: 24-25)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Our Focal Scripture speaks of that parable by Jesus, wherein a man sowed good seed in his field, but his enemy came and sowed tares amongst the wheat. After the matter of sowing good seed was established, a ‘colon’ was used, meaning that the next comment was to explain the former. So, the arrival of his enemy to sow tares, was because he had good seed in his field. His good seed became the reason for the attacks against his field.

Friend, do you know why the enemy is fighting your ‘field’? It is because you have a good seed. Those attacks against you are indicative of your good seed. Those attempts to reduce your destiny are indicative of your good seed. Those attempts to speak negativity into the ears of your helpers, are indicative of your good seed. A good seed is a prelude to a good harvest. So, there is a good harvest ahead, hence the attacks.

Hear me as I hear the Lord: every attack of the enemy against your fields, I command it to scatter by fire. Every attempt of the enemy to reduce your future harvest, let fire answer. Every attack of the enemy against the potentials and potentialities in your life, I command them to go back to sender. Every attack of the enemy to weaken your finances, career, ministry, business, etc., let the power of God repel it.

I decree, the enemy will not make a mess of the harvest that is coming your way. The enemy will not be the reason why what is coming your way will no longer come. The enemy will never be the reason why you did not hit the targets that God Himself ordained you to hit this year. No power of hell will stop your harvest. No power of darkness will hinder your productivity. No power of the enemy will infiltrate your fields.

Welcome to that season where your harvest will not be hindered. As surely as the Lord lives, before whom I stand, your field and your harvest will not be undermined.

Isaiah 62: 8 says: “The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:”

Declare With Me: My harvest will not be tampered with, in Jesus’ name!
