IT’S NOT THE END

“Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched.” (Luke 8: 44)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

In our Focal Scripture, the woman with the issue of blood came and touched the border (hem) of Jesus’ garment. The hem of Jesus’ garment was the ending part of the flowing garment, closer to the ground and with the tendency to gather dust. The milieu in which these events happened, had dusty terrains. This woman touched a portion of Jesus’ garment that would have gathered dust, and her healing came forth. She touched what looked like the end, but it became the beginning of a testimony.

Friend, whatever seems like an end in your life, will turn around and become the beginning of a great testimony. Every dirty ending in your life will be the beginning of new mercies and favours. Any area that looks like something has ended, let new testimonies emerge. Any area where final decisions have been taken against you, let there arise a greater miracle you never expected. Let every end that does not look good become the beginning of something special and supernatural.

When men decide that your end has come, remind yourself that it is the beginning of something greater from El Roi. When it seems you have come to your wit’s end, don’t lose hope; it is just a beginning of a new season that El Roi Himself will orchestrate. When it seems that all hope is lost, it is just the beginning of the mighty wonders of El Roi that will be made manifest around you. That ‘end’ is just a new beginning.

I pray for you: it is not the end; it is the beginning of a greater testimony. It is not a conclusion; it is a new beginning. Whatever was taken from you and it seems like the end, has turned around into a beginning of a greater testimony. Those who walked away from you and thought your end has come, will be shocked by the new beginning that will arise in your life. Every end that men have caused you will turn to you for a testimony.

Welcome to that season where every end will turn around and become the beginning of a greater testimony. If God be for you, then it will end in praise and in your favour.

Luke 21: 13 says: “And it shall turn to you for a testimony.”
